After about five years of virtually no exercise routine and the unsurprising results... I knew i needed to do something and found this camp, which ended up being close to perfect for stopping the inertia. After 2 camps already this summer, I'm 15 pounds lighter, have lost inches all over, and can run a timed mile without having a panic attack (and under 10 minutes). Don't fool yourself, results like this aren't painless. First two weeks were kind of, well, pretty ridiculous as they had my out of shape and overweight self crawling, jumping and "throwing punches" with boxing gloves on and in between was the relative relaxation of 100 squats or 90 bicycle crunches. Also switching to drinking hot tea from a glass (or 2) of wine after work was pretty lame too at first, but I came around in the end and it has done me wonders. Now I'm getting into the smaller dresses at the back of the closet as my reward :) If you're even thinking about it, just try it. You'll be glad you did.
