Fast, quality service and delicious, fresh Vietnamese food! They are also open well past 2AM on the weekends, for you late-night-goers.

Counter service and patio doors that open up the whole front of the building give this Vietnamese spot a street food feel that meshes well with the menu. Order at the bar and wait for your food at your table. Grab additional drinks on the back side of the bar, no need to wait in line again.

There's nothing on Luc Lac's menu that disappoints, that's for certain. Less certain is Luc Lac's Asian street food ordering system. After walking in, head straight to the register and order your drinks and food. You may or may not be seated right away. Don't worry. They'll give you a number and deliver your drinks. When a table opens up they'll find you and your food will arrive at the table moments after you do. If you're coming with a big group, bring cash to alleviate any frustration at the register.

Take a break from downtown shopping for this bustling spot’s happy hour—where else are you going to find nearly 20 $2 small plates on special between 4-7pm?? And night owls, on weekends, you can get your pho fix until 4am.

One of the best happy hour menus in town with amazing decor. You can load up a whole table with $2-$5 Vietnamese appetizers like fish sauce wings, papaya salad, and shrimp-wrapped sugarcanes.
Pretty sure I'm not cool or beautiful enough to be here, but if they wanna keep my kind away they need less delicious and affordable food.
