It has been my privilege to work with Steve as a partner to assist his clients in his effort to be a highly professional Remodeling Contractor. I’ve known Steve for many years to be highly effective in working with clients on kitchen remodeling, bath remodeling, and whole house remodeling projects. His attention to detail and knowledge in the craft of being a general contractor are truly admirable. Even more important than his knowledge and skills though is his thoughtfulness and care with which he treats every client. One conversation with Steve and you’ll know that more than anything, he really just wants you to be as happy and satisfied as possible with the remodeling project he will produce for you.

T.H.E. Remodel Group is the definition of professional. Right from the get go Steve Klingerman was on the ball. He asked questions, did research, and truly was informed about the project. I really felt that I could trust we were on the same page. Right in the middle of the project a curve ball was thrown and the vanity countertop changed which changed other finished cabinet height, support style, etc. he was on it. Great communication from the whole Remodel Group team led to a “not so stressful” experience. That communication is what allowed the course of the project to run smoothly while adjusting to changes in the project. He treated us like equals, and had patience through the whole process. So on top of providing a beautiful new bathroom, the process was exceptional as well.

I first hired THE Remodel Group to fix a botched kitchen remodel job by another contractor. I was so impressed with the professionalism and skill level that I hired them again for three more projects. The next project was a remodel on the downstairs of my home. My daylight basement was a sad sight indeed. But, now with fresh wood work, lighting, beautiful flooring, and an updated fireplace, it’s become the place I want to hang out now. I also hired THE Remodel Group to revamp the fireplace on the main floor. This was quite the project because it took a lot of creativity and a mix of several different subcontractors. I ended up with a fabricated steel fireplace mantel, Myrtle wood columns, slate tile and modern gas fireplace. All the elements came together to create an amazing focal point for my living room. It’s very artistic and the amazing part is how they were able to bring my ideas in my head to fruition. It’s quite a masterpiece.

I am looking forward to next week because I am starting a bathroom remodel project, and of course, I have hired none-other-than THE Remodel Group.
