Bad management?. My wife and I have been here several times, because we liked the food, in theory. However, our service has been bad nearly every time. What's more, there never seem to be consistent policies in place for dealing with problems. The last time, our server seemed afraid to escalate our situation to a supervisor, despite the fact that both of our entrees were wrong. She blamed the kitchen.

One bad experience could be a servers fault or maybe the kitchen. However, several bad experiences falls on management.

We won't be going back to this particular restaurant any time soon.

Bring your sweatpants, Fatty!. Lots and lots of bad food served here. Huge portions of sub-par cuisine.

For those who love chain restaurants: folks, you will be in heaven at Claim Jumper. You can just fatten yourself up like a Christmas turkey here, people. They even have diet watchers items for that "I am trying" effect.

For those who truly enjoy the taste of food, however, save yourself a few bucks and go to McDonalds if you just want to put something in your stomach to tide you over.
