I had a wonderful experience at this shop. The people were very professional, the atmosphere was great, and I was very happy with my cut. Thank You TB!

TB's - Not going back!. I have waited one too many times at this joint. Long wait times, even if you have an appointment and man, no apologies even given! I have waited up to an hour after my appointment time to get my haircut. My barber has not even shown up on the day that I had an appointment. Goes to show you that customer service is not a priority in this shop. Unprofessional all the way around. Management seems nonexistent. I can't believe that T.B. would want to even associate his name with this business.

Why did I keep going back? My fades were decent and there just aren't that many barber shops in Portland for black men.

Not sure if it's just my barber or if others there are like him. Too bad though because this guy is really messing up this shop's rep. I am through with this barber shop, I will take my business elsewhere.
