A bustling vegan bar serving wicked-strong cocktails, sometimes in full size Mason jars? Well, here you go. Normally a fan of mixing it up, I get the same thing every time—the signature Bye & Bye cocktail and “meat”ball sub (the first time I ate it, I didn’t realize it was vegan until halfway through, which is saying a lot).

Skim over the tatted folks drinking at. Walk past the tatted folks drinking at noon, smile at the accommodating bar help, and beeline it for the tasty menu. The brussel sprout bowl and BBQ tofu with collard greens are personal favorites. I just got drool on my keyboard thinking about them.

The Weeping Tiger sandwich keeps mouths screaming for more (even carnivores), while the mason jar punch turns it into an all-nighter.
Hipster Heaven with Vegan Soul (Junk?) Food. If you don't know that it's a vegan bar, you wouldn't be helped by the menu. Veggie meatballs are mentioned...
Great neighborhood hangout. This bar moved into the neighborhood and cleaned house. Almost any night of the week this place is full. Most of the staff is super friendly with a great selection of beers on tap and specialty drinks. All vegan menu, the meatballs areā¦
Amazing Vegan Fare. Hands down this is the best spaghetti I've ever had in ANY restaurant. Bye and Bye is mostly a bar and all food on the menu is vegan. I have never had a bad dish.
great new place. every time i return to this area there are more cool pubs. with a garage front, and a simple menu. there was a good micro brew selection which is what portland is about.
