I needed a spare car key and after several attempts to have it copied elsewhere I figured it was beyond the point of producing a duplicate. But as luck would have it I noticed Atlasta one day while driving by...these guys looked like true old school professionals! Sure enough they even had different choices of key styles for me. A few minutes and a few dollars later I had a nice shiny new key that actually WORKED! I'm truly appreciative of the small businesses in the area that obtain the professionalism and skill that most other big companies lack. Thanks Atlasta!

Excellent, SPEEDY service! I've had several keys made here over the years, as well as a door lock re-keyed, and I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes. Amazing. I highly recommend!!

Atlasta Lock and Key. We never have a problem with the keys they make for us. We have arrived at closing time, when they are coming out the door and they have opened back up for us. Always nice. Worth stopping by if you want keys that always work well.

ATLASTA IS A GREAT LOCK SMITH COMPANY!. They have been around for more that 40 years and they know pretty much everything about locks and safes I founf out. I came into the shop with an old mortise lockset and they fixed it for me right that and there and even came out to my house and installed it the right way. I would rather bring my busniess to a local busniess than corparate run place.

Atlasta Locks is a terrible, hostile business. Do not business with them. Do not give them their money.. Atlasta is a horrible business. Give your business to another company. The technician was unprofessional in his demeanor, appearance and behavior. He smelled up my whole apartment like cigarettes. He was hostile, and scary, I did not feel safe with him in my house. They overcharged me, showed up late, and took breaks on my dollar, and took almost twice as long as I was quoted. He then left a huge mess in the entryway. I called the manager who was also hostile and unhelpful. Atlasta Locks is awful, terrible, expensive, unreliable, and unprofessional.

quick and friendly service. I've never called on a locksmith, but I would highly reccommend this company! I called to schedule someone to come out and put a lock on door in our office and the serviceman called literally 15 minutes later saying he was outside the building. Friendly people and quick service!

Rude, unprofessional and unavailable during business hours.. Receptionist was rude, No locksmiths available on a wed at 4pm seemed understafffed, didn't seem to care about my problem nor want to solve it even to refer another company. Bad experience all around.
