Had 4 coupons for free meals. We went 4 times within a month. Each time was equally deplorable.

Service was slow. Host was rude. Clients were ignored. Food was cold. Chips were stale.

Yeah, my mistake. We stopped in here because a friend said it was pretty good food, sorry dude, you were wrong.

The best part of the meal was the guacamole, it's only problem was that it was way too expensive for the amount you get.

The rest of the food? Stale chips, dark fried food (a combination of old oil and too low of a temp, the oil should be hot enough to cook the food immediately, not soak into the food), lack of flavor, lack of presentation, etc.

Honestly, it was just bad. We walked out of there with a stomach ache just because we felt bad for having just spent the money to eat there.

Yet another reminder to me to try to ignore the corporate restaurants and search out places like La Guanaquita or El Yaqui when looking for good Mexican food.

very poor. After we waited for over 40 minutes for our order, the food arrived lukewarm and overly salted. The salsa was good, but the rest of the food was so-so. Wait staff was less than attentive and acted like they were bored. I won't be a repeat customer.
