ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE...KEEP READING!!! This place is a joke!!! Bought a 2005 Acura TL in August of 2011, by Oct. 2011 I needed to replace the transmission, battery and headlights. Nov. 2011 I needed to replace the brakes all around. Took it to Ron Tonkin Acura and they told me I need $3400 more worth of work done to the car ON TOP of the $4700 I just spent. Tried selling the car on craigslist, pulled an Autocheck report...to my surprise the car had been in THREE (3) accidents. Reason why I was surprised... the dealership gave me an autocheck report...but apperantly gave it to me for the WRONG car...entire process was terrible. Had to return three different times because they couldnt get the paperwork correct. When I asked to be compensated for my time and travel (three times is a bit excessive) the carsales man LAUGHED in my face and told me to stop looking for a free hand out. Not to mention, my wife went there before me, and while looking around they tried pressuring her into any and all of the CRAP cars they had on there lot...she chose the one she wanted, and then the finance manager tried FORCING a service contract on her...she ended up leaving and I went back to close the deal, but before that I called to address the EXTREMLY HIGH PRESSURE sales issue, and the salemen told me MY WIFE LIED?!?!? TERRIBLE PLACE...TERRIBLE PEOPLE...dont spent your hard earned money here...unless you have extra $$$ to spend on repairs. They are terrible!!!!

busy place, nice guys. I am 6'7" and finding a truck or car for me is a chore. I went to several easy finance places and didnt find anything that fit me or my financing. I went into Oregon Car Connection and they were extremely busy. I waited and one of the two sales guys broke loose enough to help me. He was extremely polite. I could see he was busy. He was direct and helped me. He got me in and out in a timely fashion considering he was juggling two of us. Nice guys worth the visit.

LOCAL GUYS ARE GOOD. I just bought a vehicle from my neighborhood dealer. They are ok. My sales guy was great. A regular guy. His boss was a typical car salesman type. But I like the car and overall I am happy with my purchase.

Didnt believe it. I read ALL of these reviews and at first i thought there really were super happy customers. And didnt really believe that OCC was making their own posts, but then i saw the name "micky mo", which is the name that appears when i get an email from mickey from OCC. I called about 2 cars, BOTH sold but still on the website. They have since then e-mailed me routinely trying to get me in to look at a crappy car, that i dont want to see. I get e-mails, phone calls and i keep ignoring and it wont stop. I HATE pushing salesmen, it drives people away and its really suspicious that they have to make fake reviews to get customers. LEAVE ME ALONE OCC, if i wanted one of your cars; i'd call you back. or e-mail.
