The Appliance Liquidators sold us a
Fridge they claimed was in good working order. We spent $900 dollars the unit and it has broke down repeatedly. We tried to fix it with their help from a distance, and no such luck. We had a technician (third party) inspect the unit and discovered it had a bad compressor and a marking that indicated the compressor hums dated 2 weeks before purchase. They sold us a defective fridge and then told us to go shove it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH APPLIANCE LIQUIDATORS. Very poor customer relations. Sadly, in this economy there are businesses taking advantage of struggling families. What a shame.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Purchased a fridge in March, has broke down three times in 7 months now. They took the POS back to their shop and 'fixed' it twice in the first few months......now it has failed again and the so called 'warranty' has past, even though I have only had this thing 7 months. Since they never told me what was wrong with it or no paperwork to inform of how they 'fixed' it, now they say it is a different problem and I am expected to pay them to 'look' at it. I THINK NOT!!
Feeling HOSED by this JUNK dealer, they are rude and disrespectful, and have their attorney's phone number memorized for a reason......I hope they get liquidated out of business.

Portland Metro's Worst Appliance Retailer.
I found a refrigerator on Craigslist that I thought would really tie together my newly remodeled kitchen so I made my way across town to take a look at it.
The sales person was very helpful and even made sure I had help getting the fridge into my trailer. When I went home and got some help I found that the door of the fridge had been damaged when it was loaded in so my nice new stainless fridge now looked pretty bad. I plugged it in and called them to let them know what happened. Their solution was to give me a whopping $15 off a new door (still was going to cost me $140 because the owner said I would need to replace both sides even though only one side was damaged because it wouldn't match if I only replaced one.)
After the fridge had been plugged in for a couple of days we realized that the water/ice in the door didn't work. I called them and mentioned their "30-day warranty" and they said that because I damaged the door they had no reason to fix this problem and suggested I find a new water filter and that would work. They had me running all over town to find a replacement filter and I was never able to find one.
I finally was fed up and said I wanted to return the fridge. They wanted to charge me a 20% restocking fee in addition to charging me for two door panels and to repair the water/ice in the door. Hundreds of dollars down the drain and terrible customer service later, I still have this fridge that looks bad and works poorly and will have to try and get rid of it and find something new.
I would never recommend this place to anyone, not even someone I dislike. DO NOT SHOP HERE! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!
