Give it another try.
I'm so surprised reading the negative reviews for this place. Y'all know it's a pub, right? The food is good, sometimes very good (order a Turkey Reuben, you'll thank me), but not great. It's a pub, not Paley's.
We've always had great service, the shuffleboard is $7.50 an hour, the pool is around nine bucks ($20 an hour? just not true). If you go in expecting a laid-back neighborhood joint, you won't be disappointed.
