Unhappy with my experience. Had to wait an extremely long time for my kids to get their haircuts due to the walk-in only basis. The toys there to entertain the kids during the wait looked like they hadn't ever been cleaned. The stylist cut my kids hair fine (however, my kids do pretty good anyway-no tears) but each haircut took awhile. Also, since I had two kids I had to wait my first to be done for the same stylist to do the second. The other stylist there took a child that was waiting after me, leaving my experience there very time consuming. Not good when you have normal restless children!

Also, one big disappointment was the stylist gave herself a large tip! I verbally approved a 10% tip as I was not happy with service, and THE STYLIST AUTOMATICALLY ADDED 20% GRATUITY UPON CHECKOUT! I unfortunately didn't notice until out the door and in car, and with two small children I was not going back in to argue. But to me that is dishonest and NOWHERE on the price list does it say that the gratuity is automatic. Will not be returning there again.
