There are lots of other choices. Middle of the road food, but large quantities. From the time we sat down to the arrival of our food, it was 50 minutes. Place was only about half full. Same wait for the people around us. As we sat there, we noticed there is a big sign on the wall bragging and joking about how slow they are. During the time we were there, not a single employee said sorry for taking so long or even a thank you for coming in. Zero gratitude for choosing them as a restaurant. They come across with the attitude of ?be glad we allow you in here. You are an inconvenience to us, but here is your food?. Old time diner environment. Very loud with kids running around and screaming.

Love it!. I have worked in the service industry for many years, and I have to say that I was very impressed! Usually when I go out I cant help but notice all the things about the service I dont like. But our server was very pleasant and attentive, couldnt have asked for better. Our food was delicious and there was plenty of it. Great price, great service, great experience! We will def. be going back!

HORRIBLE service. I went in at about 11 on a sunday, it wasn't very busy. our waitress didn't take very long to come acknowledge us and take our orders but once we got our food she never came back! we saw her all over the cafe chatting with coworkers, not once did she or anyone else come and check on us to see if we needed anything else, I had to flag down a hostess to get a refill which didn't come until I was just about done with my very average breakfast. I'm sad to say this isn't our first bad experience. This place is well known, but extremely over rated. We will not go back due to our many bad experiences.

Slooooooow. went in for a Togo order today, was seated and waited over 15 minutes before an order was taken (drank 2 glasses of water before server took my order). Then waited another 20 to get my food. I'm in the service industry, and it didn't seem that busy to me, just disorganized. The food was also subpar. I ordered a burger and fries, and got soggy fries and a machine made burger patty (I have to admit, bacon on burger was great and breakfast is o.k. I would expect for the price they are charging, that biscuits cafe would use fresh formed patties, not frozen discs from sisco). I will not eat at biscuits again
