I called the bling offices close to 5. I had a broken tooth and was in really bad pain. I thought I would just get an rx and not be seen until Monday. I got a call back saying that Dr. Katie wanted to meet me and how soon could i get there. I was really floored and went down to the office. She looked at my tooth and gave me a temporary filling which immediatley helped my pain. She was so compassionate and friendly. She restored my admiration and faith in Dentists. Now I can enjoy my weekend and not have to be in pain. Thanks so much Dr. Katie!!!!…
Ridiculous!!!!! Where is my Diamond Elite ultrasonic toothbrush I bought from groupon!!?!??!?!!? Complete scam!!! I am surprise to see that this place as 4/5 stars...That must be a scam too!! Considering that the most recent comments are to complain about taking our money. Reporting this to BBB!…
This place is O.K. I went there just for a bling to be cured to my tooth. It is $20 per bling. I was referred by a friend who had gotten 4 done and brought her own bling, so they lowered the price to $10 per. I had brought my own as well 2 actually, and the girl dropped and lost 1, soooo I got only 1 :( I was also charged $20. Kind of confused.. But overall the place LOOKS nice, and I would not be able to vouch for any other services though.. Looks like other people in these reviews have, and not so good...…
WHERE IS MY ULTRASONIC TOOTHBRUSH I ORDERED MONTHS AGO?????. I wish I could give a double thumbs down rating because I would. I ordered the BLING Ultrasonic Toothbrush from LivingSocial months ago. BLING was quick to take a credit card payment however they have yet to send the toothbrush. As far as I am concerned this is a larceny and BLING should be ASHAMED of themselves. I have NOT been able to get through to BLING to speak to anyone. I was not able to EMAIL, nothing! What a NERVE these people have!!! My next recourse will be to contact the CC I used and the BBB. I have read that others have experienced similar issues such as mine. I had a feeling that this was a scam after waiting for oh, I dunno months..... I can't speak for the actual dental services they do but PLEASE do yourselves a favor - don't buy their toothbrush online. You'll never get it.…
Literally Painful Experience.
This review pertains to the Bling Icing 30 carats (teeth whitening) product created by Dr. Raymond Frye. I created this account solely for the purpose to warn others about this product!
I purchased this product excited to freshen up my smile for the holidays. Upon receiving the whitening kit, I was eager and ready to create my whitening trays. This proved to be a tedious and time consuming task. Small scissors did not make the task of cutting the molds any easier. The final product was dismal. I was still optimistic at this point. I didn't mind the process, as long as I achieved the desired (and 'professional') outcome.
The first treatment went without a hitch. I didn't notice any difference, but thought that it may take some time.
As I prepared for the second treatment, I was hopeful. Hopeful, until 30 seconds after placing the tray in my mouth. The pain hit almost instantly! It ran along a portion of my gum line. I thought it would pass. It did not. The burning continued and even worsened!
I had the tray out within 1 minute and went to the bathroom to investigate. I discovered a portion of my gun line discolored and RAW. It was extremely painful.
I have tried to contact a representative and have been ignored repetitively.
I was and still am horrified by my experience and don't want anyone else to suffer. I have received a sincere apology and regret from Living Social (where I purchased the product). What I want is a full refund and a warning for those who have yet to try this product.
I will continue to post everywhere I can, on every social network so to warn people about dangers and this product and horrible customer service "provided" by Bling dental representatives.…
