macys was a wastey of my time. Looking for a dining room table. Kept getting followed by a sale rep, which i hate, only to have him not leave us alone. after much debate we came back and decided on a certain table. went to the back of the store to purchase the table on a gift card i had left over from our wedding. delivery was set for five weeks because it was coming from seattle. i was given the option to either pay 80$ and have it delivered or 25$ and pick it up at the airport. HUH? chose option B. the hours set for the pickup at the airport is hard to meet tues-sat 12-4. not only that but each time i was sent an email close to the delivery date, it was pushed back. took over two months to get the table. on top of all that the sales guy who sold us the table took my gift card, n when i asked for it back because of the 30$ left on it he told me it was on my receipt. ??? and of course when i go to use the "receipt" to buy something else it didn't work. forcing me to go into the store, find the macys offices and explain my situation to get my 30$ back. i did, but the fact the guy pretty much stole that money from me, makes me not want to shop there again.
