Its true! Barb is the real deal & knows her stuff! She uses Paul Mitchell products and the color swatches she selected turned out to be the best i have ever seen on my hair. She can also update your hairstyle after just a few questions & add volume & bounce to long flat hair just with her magic sheers. I am so delighted that I called & she could fit me in at the amazing hours of 5 to 7 pm. I have had more compliments on my hair than i can ever remember..the color & the cut & amazing...so, if you have had it w/ the cookie cutter "color & cut" from the fancy places you will absolutely love what Barb can do! (her place is pretty fancy too...the view is from the top of the hill over looking John's Landing..& the floor to ceiling windows make it feel like you are perched in a tree top overlooking the forested hills in the distance...can't beat that while your color is processing!)

Natural Looks Salon:. When I arrived from the east coast, my hair was in terrible shape. It was thin, weak and falling out. In short, a disaster. Finding Barbara was an answer to prayer. She brought my hair back to health. She treats her clients' hair as though it were her own, with the utmost care. I call her "The Doctor." In addition, Barbara is highly skilled in handling every texture of hair, something I've witnessed during the past 10 years. Each time I refer someone, they become grateful and loyal clients. Visitors from out of town secure appointments immediately after their flight reservations are confirmed. It's a mandatory part of their visit to the Portland area. She is a blessing and a treasure.

Natural Looks Salon. You know how pleasant it is to receive personal attention, and get it in a quite corner of the world? You'll get that at Barbara's Natural Looks Salon. I've gone to her for over three years and am happy with how she styles my hair. She's knowledgeable about hair straight to kinky, and listens to you. Her quaint and cozy salon is in an old Victorian House in John's Landing... next to a bamboo garden. I own a neighboring business and see clients coming to her from multi-cultural backgrounds. She sees seniors and high school kiddos... people on bikes... BMW's and Walk-ins. I'm not sure what makes you happy, but I found her positive attitude and interest in making you satisfied with your look naturally really appealing! She may be small, but she's great! - cat

I leave happy!. Barb is a great hair stylist. She does just what you ask so you leave with no surprises! I'd think she'd like to do something more fun to my hair but I'm a simple style kind of woman. She is also amazingly quick.

Hair With WOW!!!. Barb is a wonderful hairstylist and is familiar with the latest hair techniques! I always leave Natural Looks Salon feeling and looking like a million bucks! I send all of my friends and family to her.

SW Portland's Best Ever Salon. Barb loves to work with hair. She's takes your natural look and feel into consideration when she's giving you the cut of your dreams. She FANTASTIC with color. Easy to schedule, great prices, convenient location! I couldn't ask for a better salon.
