Friendly, Affordable, a Great Experience. Rick and Craig are warm, friendly, professional, personal, thorough, reliable, fair and competent. Friendly - you won't find a friendlier vibe in any other scooter shop in town, nor a more honest mechanic. He'll even eat the cost of a part if he feels your pain enough.

They'll bend over backwards to help you, ask about your day, offer you cookies, support the local parade, and have your scooter working in tip top shape within the week.

They don't try to sell you either. They don't up-sell or oversell, though they could - they've got some nice looking bikes in their storefront.

They're grateful you're in their shop and work hard to see you happy. Their repair-work is hard to beat. They understand that an unsafe scooter (or motorcycle) can be fatal, so they go the extra mile to ensure the problem is fixed.

I walk out feeling respected b/c they don't take advantage of people who know nothing about scooters.

Best Scooter Store in Town!. After searching many other Portland scooter stores, I was so happy to find Pacific Scooters. It was a breath of fresh air to find good scooters at good prices, sold by two of the nicest guys in town. Service is also very important to me, which Pacific Scooters excels at! Rick is fantastic in the Scooter Doctor workshop, and Craig is affable and charming as the front of house manager. I can't recommend these guys highly enough! After three visits to the store, I finally picked the one I wanted, as well as a helmet and they threw in a cover as well! Recently I went in for my free first oil change, and also bought a trunk rack, which Rick installed for me. These guys go above and beyond. CUSTOMER PLEASER. I must admit that the owners/operators of Pacific Scooters are "Genuine CUSTOMER PLEASERS" and something that I rarely get anymore from the retailers in Portland, OR. Not only were they timely in repairing my scooter, Rick even made a personal Doctor visit when I was stranded several miles from their shop & fixed my bike. I was so impressed, that I went back and bought a brand new scooter from them & later took a friend there & he purchased one also. These guys, both Craig & Rick, really know how to take care of their customers. Not only do I recommend them, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. They took care of me like I was related to them. Although I live in Beaverton, those guys make it worth the extra miles because "THEY GO THE EXTRA MILE" to satisfy you.…
