Everything has changed....... I use to love this clinic. I had been with Maggie for many years BUT due to recent changes I will not be going back ever! I called on Wednesday at 8am for an appointment, I was told they would call me back. I waited in pain ALL day. No one returned my call.

I called back on Thursday at 10am and was told they'd been trying to get to me. They gave me an appointment for 3:30. I arrived early and still waited in the waiting room till 3:50. I was put in a room where I waited till 4:15.

The "Doctor" (not really a doctor, just an assistant) came in spent less than 5 minutes with me. He left the room for another ten or twenty minutes. When he came back he sent me to get an x-ray at another location and told me to take the medicine I had left over from November 2010. Since Friday is his day off someone else would call me back tomorrow (Friday).

Well I went and had my x-ray BUT here I sit MONDAY ALMOST AFTERNOON AND NO ONE I REPEAT NO ONE HAS CALLED BACK OR SHOW ANY CARE FOR MY INJURY.

PLEASE BEWARE Ryne Cate is NOT a doctor he is an assistant! He has NO bedside manner and NO FOLLOW THROUGH OR CARE FOR HIS PATIENTS!!!!!

Dr.Maggie Yu is a great doctor but she no longer sees patients with any regularity!!!
