Terrible customer service.
Hopefully my conversation with the man who answered the phone says it all:
[phone rings a few times]
Him: "Yeah?"
Me: "Uh, I was looking for Advanced Business Technologies?"
Him: "Yeah?"
Me: "Um, okay. I was wondering if you carried power supplies."
Him: "Are you a business?"
[I hesitated as I am indeed a business but this is for a test machine I mostly use at home]
Me: "No, but--" [he cuts me off]
Him: "We only work with businesses. Bye." [click]
Me: "Wait. What?" [laughter overcame me at this point]
Poor idiot just lost a ton of part business from my company (who do onsite computer service). Fool.
