Russ Auto is The Last place I would Have any mechanic work done on my car ever again!!!!,They not ony Covered up Moter damage For Vic Alfonso,Cadillac on 12th Ave in portland or,They quoted me $ 465.00 to do the job and to document the damage they found,I Never got any documentation,And was chaged aprox $120.00 for 2 sending units,A oil sencor,and crank pos sensor,then was charged a total off $835,00,I took them to Consumer Fraud,They found them Guilty of This and I got back some Of my money,not what I thought acurate,Brian Creamer was the Service Writer,Avoid this CROOK !!!
