I have a major crush on these no-frills
family-owned Mexican joints, for cheap and quick tacos and such, they're the best. But when I'm feeling really decadent/deserving, I upgrade to the nachos, which are a shining example of what a heap of heated chips, beans, cheese, sour cream and guacamole should be. Get the carne asada if you're meaty, garden vegetables if you aren't.

It's hard to order La Bonita for under
$20. Handmade corn tortillas, please. Extra guac, please. Two Coronas, please. Check, please. "Damn!"
