When I first came to Core Pilates, I was plagued by constant neck and shoulder pain. I was often at the chiropracter to try to relieve my neck and shoulder problems and recurring headaches. After working with the trainters at Core, my body feels so much improved. I've gained strength in my core, my back and shoulders and I rarely have any problems there now. It has really helped me to be stronger and more flexible. One of the best things is the trainers really pay attention to your individual workout needs, so you never make things worse, only better.
