Worst place I have ever had experience with. First took my lap top in because I was having problems with it. They said it needed a new hard drive so I had them upgrade it and install windows 7. I took it on a trip when I got it back and kept getting a error message saying Windows was not valid. I took it back in and they tried to say that they did not put Widows 7 on it even though it said so on the receipt. Finally they agreed to fix it. It took 5 days to get it back. When I finally got it back they forget to give me the charger. I also noticed that they selected one the pictures from my computer as the picture of my user account. When I went into to get my charger I told the technition that searching through files on my computer was inappropiate he did not seam to be to concerned. When I asked to speak with the owner all he could say is I apologize but would not agree that his technition had done anything wrong. If you want your computer fixed right and have the files on your computer be confidential and not searched through by the tecniton I would suggest you go someplace else. Apparently they have nothing better to do than search through the personal information on your computer when you take it in.
