hands down the highest quality work in the area. I started with nothing and now have 2 sleeves of beautiful color work from the owner PETE! this shop will take care of you if its your first tattoo or the last piece of bare skin you have left. would highly recommend this place. the shops its self is amazing with bright neon and awesome flash work everywhere they spare no expense. sanitary conditions and artists who take serious pride in using the highest quality machines and ink.

I love this tattoo shop. I've been to so many shops in the greater Portland area and you won't find a better atmosphere to get tattooed in. The prices are great, and the work is phenomenal. I've paid much more for tattoos that don't look nearly as fantastic as the ones I've gotten at Mr. Tattoo.

I walked in to Mr. Tattoo on a whim yesterday to get my first tattoo. I was very nervous and only had a vague idea of what I wanted to get. The artists were absolutely wonderful. They were welcoming, funny, professional, and really made me feel comfortable getting my first tattoo there. Pete worked with me and my basic, boring design ended up changing into something unique and amazing. I was expecting to pay way more than what they asked for and I know I got a great deal. They were all cute as hell and I'm so happy with my new tattoo.

Made an appointment with Pete(The Owner) last week I usually work saturdays, but took time off to get the color added to a tat that pete had previously done.My appt.was for 12 noon ,I left work early and was on time for our appointment,Pete was a no show, I waited for 2 and a half hours and Pete finally rolled in the door,no apology and come to find out they double booked the appointment for the same time as mine 12 . They bypassed me who was waiting long before the other customer,who come to find out was a friend of Petes. The only thing I was told is we can rebook you for another appt, no "we apologize", or "sorry I was late" I ended up walking out. I will go elsewhere, very dissapionted with Mr.Tattoo. This is no way to run a business

Awesome tattoo shop. I got a tattoo for my birthday from Mike V and I absolutly love it! I have a totle of 3 tattoos the 2 that were not done by Mike I will have him touch up! Thank you Mr Tattoo for being so awesome!!!
