What a great store for Mac help. Mac Pac on NE Whitaker in Portland is an excellent Mac store. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Got excellent help and would highly recommend this computer store to everyone. Cant thank you enough for your help on March 8, 2011.

Terrible customer service after you purchase anything. I have dealt with these guys on more than one occasion, and probably never again.

Seems like after you pay the money and are out the door, thats when the customer service ends!

I have called and emailed only to go WEEKS with out any kind of response.

I mean seriously Mac Pac how hard is it to return a phone call or email. The amount of money I drop there should warrant some kind of response. I really dont understand what the problem is over there, as I have not had this problem with other Mac stores!!

These guys ROCK !. I have been shopping here for about 4 years now, and I am always impressed with their service department. They are helpful, and efficient. About a year ago, one gentleman even worked 45 minutes Off the clock, and after store had closed, to make sure my computer was ready for my presentation the following day.

These guys are lifesavers :-)

Service after the sale - Not really. I bought a Wacom Cintiq 21UX from these guy. 6 weeks later it stops working. I called, they said the guy that sold it to me wasn't there, and asked if they could take a message. I asked them if anyone else could help, they just said, "Sorry we have a 14 day return policy, call Wacom".

I would expect that if you buy a $2500 monitor that you would get a little more. I guess not. From now on I will drive a little less and go to Powermax in Lake Oswego, they actually seem to care.

As far as Wacom goes, they were awesome, really good customer service, but not these guys. F- for them in my book.

Talk About Customer Service. I had a question, was not going to buy anything, and I received the best customer service I've had in a long long time. The gentleman that answered the phone was extremely knowledgable and very very helpful. He went out of his way to provide answers for me.

Dude, you're getting a Mac!. These are THE guys to go to for all things Apple. Feel the love.

Friendly service, good selection, easy parking. What more could you ask for? A Cinema Display for free would be nice though.
