macpac bad apple. Purchased a Apple laptop from MacPac. It froze up the first day. Service dept said it must be a minor glitch and to continue working with it. It kept freezing. 14 day return expired and we could not expect a refund...but they would repair…

Mac Superstore. Way better than the Mac Store. They have the largest Mac selection in the Portland Metro area. Customer service is exceptional. Staff is extemely knowledgeable.
