Just the downtown spot for a hot bowl of noodles on a cold winter day--I like the simple but rich Shoyu Ramen. Add hard-boiled egg, corn, cabbage and/or several other items for 50 cents each. It's right on the park blocks, so you can take a walk after lunch if you ate too much panko-fried mozzarella.

Izakaya translates to "pub" and this is a typical Japanese Pub with a beautiful bar area, traditional Japanese style dining room and a great happy hour. It's also worth mentioning the ladies room has quite a "loo" .
