What Our Expert Scouts Are Saying
In a town stuffed with quirky food success stories, it’s hardly surprising that some of the best pizza in Portland is being baked in a North Portland garage. Formerly known as Pizza Depokos, this firewood-filled outpost set in a former auto shop singes your thin-crust pie to perfection in a wood-fired oven overlooking the North Station cart pod. And like you weren’t thrilled enough with your roasted fennel, marsala-soaked Bing cherries & prosciutto-topped seasonal special, they’re also a year-round retailer of Scoop handmade ice creams. Yes, your life is complete.

Geographically, this is probably the
farthest pizza point from my home, but I still make the trek without complaint, because it's delicious and I like eating in garages. Try the garlicky herb flatbread with za'atar and the kale salad with roasted fennel too.
