Fun staff. The food was delicious and the staff were energetic and fun to be around. Our waiter was on top of it. He refilled our beverages before we asked and kept on bringing those fries. I recommend this Red Robin to anybody looking for great food and better service.…

Poor customer service & fraudulent. We went to celebrate my friend's daughter's fourth birthday. The waitress tried to rudely rush us through our meal and yelled at my friend's daughter to shut up while she was taking our order. When I told the waitress that her behavior toward the child was uncalled for, the waitress scowled at me. At the end of the meal I did not leave a tip and alerted a manager to what had happened. Two weeks later I received my credit card statement and the waitress or manager had altered my signed receipt by adding on a sizable tip. I disputed their action through my credit card company and alerted Red Robin's corporate office about the fraudulent activity. We will never return to Red Robin because of this awful experience.…
Don't order salad unless you want X-P. Again, I made a mistake to dine-out on my birthday. I went to Red Robin with my mother and a friend. We were seated promptly, though if we had gone on a weekend we would have to wait hours. I ordered a salad since I wanted to eat something light. The entrees came and once I was a couple bites into my salad I felt a sharp piece of plastic in my mouth as i chewed. I took it out, not knowing what it was. We told the waiter, who was completly careless about the fact that I almost choked on my birthday. They brought out the "manager" who looked like he had just got out of high school. He was equally careless and said that the bowl chipped off into my salad while it was being prepared. Instead off offering us some sort of reimbursement on the meal, he said he could give us free dessert! Either that or a coupon for a few dollars. As if I was ever going back. Neither of these things would pay for the fact that you could be in danger when eating here. I highly recommend that you not order salad here and tell everyone you know to avoid it as well. In fact, do yourself a favor and avoid this restaurant altogether.…
