Paradise is the Bestest.
My lucky day! I got the green light from my wife to purchase a new bike a few years ago. I first went to the local Honda dealer and went to walk in and was stopped at the door and was told the store
is closing in 15 min. I thought that is ok I do not need that long. I had the OK from my wife. I was then told to stop and leave they wanted to close. I then drove down the road to Paradise HD and was invited to come in and how can we help you. I shared with Mike that I wanted a Black and Chrome bike, I road out on a Fatboy within the hour. Since 2004 I just made my 5th Harley Purchase of which 4 have been from Paradise Harley. The Team at Paradise are great people to work with. I would highly recommend Paradise Harley to anyone who is seriously thinking about buying a new or pre owned Harley.I have always felt like I recieved a very good deal from Paradise. Everyone goes out of their way to help you feel like part of the family.

Disappointed.
Penny wise and POUND FOOLISH. Brought my bike in for a re-repair under the extended warranty plan and they tried to hit me up for the $50 deductible. When I pointed out that my bike had been there
before for the same repair, they first claimed they needed authorization, then said "Well, that was two years ago." Apparently the contract didn't mean anything and/or I am not supposed to actually RIDE the bike.
They absolutely would not give me my bike back without $50 - which is the last $50 they'll ever see from me. Adding to this, they never gave me a copy of the service order (might be evidence?)
What's ironic is that I tried to give them at least some business (I bought my bike there, with the $800 extended warranty). Their prices are very high, and I do most of my own work. So in the interest of making $50, they kissed our future relationship goodbye.
I ride a lot of miles. I'll be looking for another bike in a couple more years. It would not surprise me if they weren't around to sell it to me.…

me and my husband have bought 2 new bikes there ,my husband was treated great got lots of free bling,when i bought my bike they did not even give me a harley davidson keychain;-(
its been a few years since i bought we went in last weekend and bought a rack for dh bike they did not seem interested in the sale,but we wanted the rack so we bought it ,this is a good business for the most part the showroom is nice they have lots of great gear
when i bought my bike i had saddlebags installed and they had to move my taillights ,we had them leave my bike outside since we could not pick it up during business hours, my taillights did not work! was shocked that they did not check their work,we took it back and they fixed it they did not seem to concerned about our inconvience
I went to a great bbq there once and signed up for service on my bike they were supposed to call me to set up an appointment,they did not and when i called they had to double check i was on the list to receive the tiny discount they had offered…
