searched 300 mile range for rubicon loaded automatic. found it here, only and it was the best price by far. honest dealing and fast. top dealership and we drove 4 hours to buy from this dealer. Thankyou for such a great vehicle!
Forty something years, we've been "Ford People". But, we tow a large RV and found ourselves looking for a Diesel and hopefully better mileage. We found NWJCD and Osita Nwokeduru (OC). What a guy!! We're not sure if we were sold on the Ram 2500, or just OC. His honesty and sense of humor are out of this world and totally unexpected. We dreaded that "car salesman" experience when we decided it was time for a new truck. Not with OC. He is about as down to earth as it gets. The service department was wonderful. We wanted running boards and mud flaps. Not a problem for them. In and out all in about four hours. A great experience all around!
Great Car Buying Experience.
Initiated car buying experience via internet. Dealer was
quick to reply with information regarding vehicle and
scheduled test drive. Sales people were knowledgeable
and accommodating. Sales person found similar car for
less money. No games. Just great customer service.
I'll be back to do business with them again.
Thanks
Barry M
Fantastic car buying experience!. We have purchased 2 vehicles from nwjcd. One about 8 years ago, and one this past weekend. We went car shopping with our 3 children , which is usually a disaster. This weekend it was very smooth, each person we dealt with at nwjcd provided exceptional customer service, were friendly, and really went out of their way to make it a seemless transaction. Thanks for everything!!!
Great Experience Buying Used Car. We needed to replaced a totaled car on short notice, we found a really good deal on Craig's List at NW Jeep on a Honda CR-V. Ben Sterrenberg the salesman was very helpful. He did a couple of things above and beyond so the next time I need a car I will call him at NW Jeep.
They are not honest on used car sales. I did get a good trade in value for my car..HOWEVER , DO NOT buy a used car from this place. My sales lady was totally UNknowledgeable, said she had a car fax and she did and also told me that they go through their used cars and if there is something wrong they would tell the customer....I liked 1 car in particular, i got there to see it, looked pretty nice, my dealer said she had just drove it and it done great and didnt know of anything wrong with this used vehichle. I crawled under it and found alot of problems under neath and puddles of oil under neath. my dealer explained that she had no idea..HOWEVER she said they go through the used vehichles..NOT TRUE Better yet she said but it anyway and just start adding oil until when ever..what a thing for a dealer to say. im sure she would not do this her self...She said anything to make a sell....I did find another used car, high on miles but clean as best as i can tell it was cleaned inside and under neath looked clean.H0wever i found out they gave the under neath a bath and the next day when i got up to drive this truck i know why they washed it. IT was covered in oil under neath and has a bad leak some where. I called and asked about this and i was told by her, my dealer oops i didnt know anything about this..so the truth is,most of their used cars are dirty inside and out, no one really knows the truth about thier used cars, and no one really goes through them at all, and if they do and find a problem they dont tell the customer...sadly i found this out to late...now here goes the money i get to spend to repair oil leaks right off the bat. I did expect some little troubles on a high mileage trade in but be honest..

Great experience. Great service and kind people at NW Jeep. Everyone was helpful. No one was pushy. We love our new car and really appreciated all the support and follow up we have had since the purchase. We were not looking forward to car shopping but the day turned out to be great. It was a low stress situation and we felt that the sales team was really doing their best to help us get in to the right car for us.
POOR SALES INTEGRITY AND ETHICS. POOR SALES AND GOOD SERVICE. We want to thank the Service Rep, April and Service Manager for working with us to correct and resolve an issue that ought to of been correctly first in order to prevent repeated follow up visits. Both of our Jeeps our serviced by NW Jeep and although not always satisfied by the service, we are impressed and thankful toward the kindness, understanding, and ability to work with us to resolve difficult or troublesome spots. April and the Service Mgr (Teach) were the sole reason, due to kindness, understanding, and ability to come to an acceptable and fair solution in regards to a repair. SOLELY DUE TO TEACH AND APRIL, I decided to purchase a pre-owned 2005 Jeep Grande Cherokee Loredo, trade in my older Jeep, and pay cold hard earned and saved greenbacks in full for the 2005 (new to me) vehicle. Had the experience with the service dept not been so good, I never would of bought the vehicle. ON THAT NOTE: the purchase of the vehicle was not pleasant, disrespectful, unappreciative, and overall terrible. I understand that they may get several folks who walk in and pay (in full) for a vehicle. They seemed to be nice, until I gave them the money. Before paying, I requested that a simple service be performed (ie, change the oil, fix an annoying rattle, and asked for (never offered) a simple snap swivel key ring). They promised me that I would be taken care of and to make me a happy man and that it would be a fun purchase experience. AND that the satellite radio was a nice feature that I don't have to purchase for a year. NONE of these things were as advertised. I am sorry KEN, but the oil was not changed (it is brown), the rattle is driving me insane, and the Sirius satellite radio stopped working after two days. Wait, I am not finished - the snap swivel broke (and I was made to feel as if it were a burden to give me a $7 key chain, which is a nice appreciative thing to had a customer that just purchased a vehicle. I was also handed 2 keys that are broken, and y'all did not even offer to replace one of them. they were wrapped in scotch tape and James Davis told me to,"Drill a hole in it and put a key ring through it, otherwise they are $100 to replace." What a crock of S^*T !!!!! y'all ought to of provided two fully functional key FOBs, in full practice of customer appreciation. IT IS INCREDIBLY DISRESPECTFUL TO A PAYING CUSTOMER TO PROMISE THEM QUALITY SERVICE AND A FUN PURCHASE EXPERIENCE, THEN GET TREATED LIKE CRAP IMMEDIATELY AFTER THEY PAY FOR THE VEHICLE. If right of recision is still an option, I am happy to come in and get my cash back and return the vehicle. Then go to a competitor and see how they treat my hard earned and saved money. I understand the purchase was, "As Is," but y'all made promises and commitments prior to purchase that invalidates the term, "As is." MR. KING, AND KEN, please take the opportunity to right the wrong, treat a customer with respect and appreciate the business. Your Service Department Manager (Teach), understands the terms business integrity and ethics. Maybe there is something to be learned from him. And I truly apologize if y'all are unaware of the above situation. Now you know about it and have an opportunity to put into practice quality business ethics and integrity. I want nothing more than to change this review to 5 stars and share a bad sale that had a fun and happy ending. Kind regards, Mr. Watters

Professional - Courteous - Knowledgeable.
We've purchased two vehicles at NW Jeep Chrysler Dodge - one new and one used. The experience has been great both times, both Shannon and Jim were very helpful and knowledgeable.
We also have our business and personal vehicles serviced at the dealership - they are professional and courteous.
Best Jeep Chrysler Dodge Dealer Around. Buying from NW Jeep Chrysler Dodge was a very good experience. Jim Goldenpennny is a professional salesman and all around nice guy. He made the buying a new car process pleasant. I went in to buy a truck at the advertised priced and was not mislead or pressured into something else. I got what I wanted at the price that was advertised. I will definitely uses them again. Ask for Jim.
