I am very surprised at the reviews regarding this business. We walked into the store and knew exactly what we wanted from the internet research and consumer reports. The salesman proceeded to say really do you want that one? Tried the floor display and was making a funny sound when I vacuumed. He said "oh well looks like this one has a problem we need to look at it in the back". Found another vacuum just behind this display and let me tell you the price doubled from what we came in for. I find it quite odd that the display model just happened not to work BUT there was one over here that was so much better. He acted like a used car salesman. We left, did not go back and ordered a great vacuum from Amazon with the approval of consumer reports for the price we came into pay in the fist place. I would give this store 1 star to bad there is not a lesser rating.
