From all the 5 stars here and some very
low ( and correct ) reviews on other sites, I was expecting something quite a bit better. The to-go
order placed at 7:30 PM,, with poo-poo platter, chop suey and pork fried rice was way below expectations. The poo-poo platter for 2 contained 6 (55-60 / Lb = tiny ) shrimp, Cold, dry BBQ pork, a burnt foil wrapped offering, tough beef on a stick? and some fried won-ton, I don't know if those were crab puffs, but I could find no filling. The chop suey was undercooked, watery and lacked any taste other than partially raw vegetables. The fried rice was simply white rice, a bit of egg and pork and peas. I could not taste much seasoning. I guess if you like bland, raw veggies and rice, this is the place for you.
Rating? Poor, Would not go back. Also the above cost $28.25. It might feed 3 people with light appetites. Too bad the pizza place isn't still there.

Certainly the best in Washington county. I had a crew of hungry loggers with me and you know how they can be. A flip of a quarter decided we would have Chinese food. The new guy on the grew said he has never eaten better than at Lin's China Jade. I haven't eaten at another Chinese restaurant since. The service is A1. I like spice and China Jade delivers. My Kung Pao Chicken made my eyes water. The fried rice isn't overly greasy like so many other places. I take my wife here once a week and when we want to entertain friends we take them here too. We have made a lot of China Jade converts. View Less … View More
Lin's China Jade - The best I have found in PDX. I am born and raised in Portland and have tried many many Chinese resteraunts in town. A past client of mine took me to Lin's China Jade and informed me it would be the "best" Chinese food I had, had in town and he was correct. I drive to Beaverton from the Eastside of Portland for take out -- the food is that good. This is one where you do not judge the book by the cover...secret treasure. View Less … View More
Best Chinese food I ever had. My wife and I tried this place after searching on citysearch for chinese food and found a great one. It was so good, we started with the fried won ton which were great. Not grease which a lot are and the sweet and sour sauce was really good. We also ordered the chicken chow mien which is a way I measure chinese food because I love it so much and it was great A+++ the kung pow chicken, also great, spicy( I love spicy so maybe medium heat) great flavor and the chicken fried rice was really good. I don't like eggs and there wasn't huge chunks in the rice so I loved it. All that food which we had a lot left and a Ice tea for $27 pretty good for all that food. I would recommend highly great place, we will go back many times. oh and I think there fortune cookie was maid fresh, it looked baked and had a good coconut flavor and I'm not a hugh coconut fan. A++++++++ go if you want a great chinese place! View Less … View More
Soooo Delicious!. Honestly try the house chicken, if you like garlic, it is spectacular! The Pu Pu platter is exceptionally good a variety of appetizers. I can't say enough about this place... I had stopped eating Chinese due to some bad experiences but now know where to go when I want something tasty. It helps a ton that the customer service rocks. Everything was cooked perfectly and had extremely good flavor. There is a lot of seating and they even have a banquet room for large groups. Parking was not an issue I was in the front row.
