I would never buy anything else from this jeweler. They broke my 2 carat diamond, and then acted as if it were my fault. This happened in November. In March they finally came up with a replacement diamond that was not the same quality as the one they broke. They were aggressive with me, insisting that I would have to accept whatever diamond they found because " I was not educated enough," to decline the diamond they found. I finally had to settle via my insurance company. This was a very unpleasant experience. Although they have nice merchandise, I am staying away from them.
