Perry Jones is the best

We have worked with Rainbow Mortgage on 4 separate occasions. Our real estate agent recommended him to us 9 years ago. Perry is always professional and understand what is going on. He is honest about what he knows and would never talk you into doing something for his gain. If your looking for a reputable person to give you straight up advice, Perry's your person.

i just refinanced with perry at rainbow and had a 100% perfect experience. he took the time to explain and show where every penny of my money was going. the rate he got me beat the pants off everyone, including my current lender. my boss referred me, and i've already referred two friends.
- Pros: explained everything - and the BEST rate!
- Cons: in lake oswego, but for the rate, it was worth the drive

Rainbow Mortgage was great! They were very helpful and informative; willing to answer all of my questions and make sure I understood the terms of my loan. They took the time to show me mulitple options and tried to find the best deal for me. Not to mention, the closing costs here are much lower than most mortgage houses and the rate was better than almost anywhere. I was very happy with Rainbow Mortgage. I would recommend them to anyone and they will always get my business.
- Pros: Great experience all around, low closing costs and very friendly staff. They go the extra mile for their customers.
- Cons: small mortgage shop that can be a bit difficult to find if you've never been there.
