BEWARE!

We had photos taken with my four brothers from out of state. There were large shadows which we noticed when we got home. We called to have this corrected and were told that touching up was an exception. They did touch up the photo, but refused to replace the old shadowed photo with the new touched up version. We paid $180 for pictures that look like garbage. The company has refused to make this right and the manager at Lancaster, Debbie Navaro was remarkably rude and refused to give me her manager information. I have contacted corporate.

Poor Quality...rude owner

I use to take my family to this place because they were one of the few studios that still used film. I have never been a fan of their service but enjoyed a few of their photographers and knew they made my son comfortable.

This Christmas was the final draw. The photographer we liked did great but the sales staff and owner gave me hours worth of excuses why there computers wouldn't work and left the room pretending there was no issue. I waited for fifty-five minutes...yes I was counting. I noticed the photographer asked why it was taking so long to show us her work and the owner snapped at her. I felt so badly for her. Here this girl spent extra time trying to please me and my family and now she was being scolded for reasons out of her control. On top of that, the prints had these horrible lines through them the owner claimed the print quality was new and of the highest quality. I would rather spend the hour waiting for the film than spend my money on her cheap current services. My home printer could make better prints then her so called professional studio.

I believe you give to those who are desrving. I think her staff works hard but I would never give somebody like her my money again.

Its afordable but you get what you pay for.

Horrible Service

We walked in 10 minutes prior to our appointment with 2 out of the 3 children. We asked if we could start the pictures with the 2 each getting individual pictures out of the way. We asked that it would be better to way for our 3rd party who had called and said they were running 10 minutes late. The 3rd child arrived 10 minutes after our appointment. 1 service person was showing pictures to a family completely busy. The other 2 service people had decided to turn all of their attention to a family and ignore us. I finally raised my hand and said that we were all here and ready. The 2 service people looked at our group and said that they would be with us shorty while they both continued to talk to the same family trying to sell them on getting their pictures taken.

We waited another 10 minutes for their dual sales pitch to end, the family leaving without making an appointment. Finally they were ready to take us in. We went in and the pictures took less than 10 minutes. We left and came back to pick up our pictures, only a couple of the pictures looked okay, the rest were awful. They had lowsy service, lowsy pictures. This place used to be really nice to go to, not anymore.

• Pros: Quick turnaround on pictures
• Cons: Service and they don't sell very good picture packages without having to buy separate sheets.
