After 10 years of service, today I've
had enough of her bad services.
I mean I understand that the term, "Drop-ins welcomed" means they want customers. Apparently to Point Hair Salon, it means appointments only, so the sign does not hold any meaning.
The worst thing is that she doesn’t even listen to me, why would I want to pay someone who doesn’t take my advice or considerations. How I see it is, anyone who are paying for your services; their opinions should not be overlooked. Their voice should implement a change in the procedure or end result if they disagree with the original plans.
Acting this way will only result in losing devoted and loyal customers like me.
I have been going here for years and she does a great great job. I have had her cut my hair several times and I have never had anyone who has cut it like I wanted it except her. I also have her highlight my hair and she is really, really good. I get compliments often on my hair. She is very thorough and pays attention to detail and her prices cannot be beat. I highly recommend her to my family and friends.
AWFUL place, this woman does not listen to you.. I had this woman trim my hair once and she did an okay job, but when I went back to her for a color it turned out absolutely awful. I wanted my hair dyed a bright, natural red (which would have been completely possible since it was blonde at the time) and I showed her one in the color book, but she didn't have any dyes in that shade. So she showed me a color from the brown section that she insisted only looked brown in the book but that it would actually look red. Then when she was applying the color she said to me, "when you get more brave, then I dye your hair more red." I couldn't believe it! And guess what, my hair turned out brown. This woman must be crazy, as she seems to understand English just fine.
