I have been going here for years and she does a great great job. I have had her cut my hair several times and I have never had anyone who has cut it like I wanted it except her. I also have her highlight my hair and she is really, really good. I get compliments often on my hair. She is very thorough and pays attention to detail and her prices cannot be beat. AWFUL place, this woman does not listen to you.. I had this woman trim my hair once and she did an okay job, but when I went back to her for a color it turned out absolutely awful. I wanted my hair dyed a bright, natural red (which would have been completely possible since it was blonde at the time) and I showed her one in the color book, but she didn't have any dyes in that shade. So she showed me a color from the brown section that she insisted only looked brown in the book but that it would actually look red. Then when she was applying the color she said to me, "when you get more brave, then I dye your hair more red." I couldn't believe it! And guess what, my hair turned out brown. This woman must be crazy, as she seems to understand English just fine.…
