Unprofessional. I was a walk-in appointment and they were very friendly and workable. The staff was conversational but the atmosphere was very distracting. There was a child acting badly and throwing tantrums when it was told not to touch the equiptment and products, and the foot soak machine was broken so they used a small portable one that is available anywhere. The foot soak products they used were not salon quality and were low quality and the nail polish was old. No professional supplies were used. The owner made repeated advice to the person in training that when you give a customer samples they will come back and buy the product. Very pushy about how good the product was and that you can use it for ALL OVER your body, expecially on your face. When the pedicure was done, it looked decent but they missed some of the worse sections that I went in to have improved and the price was quoted to "include painting".

Pros: Friendly, workable, walk-in appointments.

Cons: Overpriced, at-home products used, distracting/stressful environment.

not sure.. i called this place before I go because I liked to get a japaness hair style. (lot of layers, and get some idea of current japanese hair style that I want to have)

The stylist said she is japanese, so she knows well about the current trend when I called. so I went.

but she was not a japanese, and the shop is dusty, and dirty, and some insects. and I really wasn't sure. she kept asked me sit and what style I want. so I explained, but it was very unhappy experienced.

Exhilirating!. I got my eyebrows waxed and a facial done in the same day and it was excellent. It is a good deal as well.
