I used Beaverton Honda's express service to get a tire replaced. "Express" is an oxymoron. They waited an hour before touching my car. That is poor service. The tire change itself only took 20 minutes. But their paperwork was messed up, wasting another 10 minutes. 1.5 hours to get a tire changed is lame and not "express", that is sssslllllooooowwwww.
Pros: They make a mistake changing the tire.
Cons: VERY SLOW. Paperwork was not in order.

We were fortunate enough to bump into Curt as we were heading into the showroom. What a great guy - honest, sincere, willing to answer questions. He really just wants to be good at what he does - and went out of his way to conscienciously make sure we had all of the information we needed, as many test drives as we wanted, and that we got a great deal on top of it all. Our experience all the way around was excellent!
Pros: Excellent availability of the car model we were looking for!
Cons: Can't think of any!
