HORRIBLE. Horrible service all the way around. I took my parent-in-laws from Peru bowling there for their first time, after 3 frames and a total of 15 pins being knocked down between the two of them I asked if they could put the bumpers up for them. They stated the bumpers are only for people under 12. I told our server who was very slow at bringing beers that I did not like this stupid policy and she began to tell me why it was a good policy. Really, I, as a paying customer, complain about something and the staff is going to tell me why I am wrong instead of showing compassion. How is it a good policy that my 60 year old mother-in-law bowling with a 6 pound ball, throwing gutter ball after gutter ball cannot have the bumpers up to have a good time? Avoid this place and spend your money where people care about your experience. I went to complain to the manager about my disagreement with the policy and told him that it was going to be my last time patronizing the establishment and all he said was sorry it is policy. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!! They are lucky that it is not possible to give 0 stars.…

Great entertainment for a large group!. we had a grown up birthday party here and it was a hit! we started and ended up in the bar, with a couple hours of cosmic bowling in between. everyone had so much fun - it was a party not to be forgotten! the cosmic bowling was a blast with black lights, glowing balls…

NOT FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!. This was not fun the lanes did not work correctly, the people did not care they just said wait and we will fix it. My wife stuck and fell and nothing was said like sorry or can we help or are you ok. The food is to expensive. I will never go back there again.…
