At first I liked going here, the people that work there seemed nice and I love karaoke 7 nights a week. Then I discovered that if you become a regular, on certain nights the kj gets ridiculously drunk and fails to keep you in the rotation. If you agree to take her to another bar so she can "play" some more, then she will put you back up to sing. If you don't agree to take her home or to another bar, she will yell at you and take you off the list altogether. If you complain to the owner about being dissatisfied with the service, his wife will tell you that you are not welcome there. This happened to me, on more than one occasion, I had enough of the kj treating me badly and complained. Now I am no longer "allowed" to enter this place. Oh well, good riddance. The food is mediocre at best. Check out Shanna's for karaoke instead, the people are much nicer.

EXCELLENT Pizza's and Broasted chicken. Unfortunately the other reviewer did not have a good experience at Pyzano's. All I can say is...they need to try it out again. It gets crowded on the weekends, but the pizza and broasted chicken are BOTH to die for. When I go to Pyzano's I HAVE to order both items. The pizza is loaded with goodies, but it's the dough that drives me crazy. Perfect thickness and NOT soggy underneath. The broasted chicken is heavenly. Seasoned perfectly, crispy, juicy, but NOT greasy. Chicken is always made to order.

Worst Service Ever!!!. My order was wrong, they only stopped by about every half an hour, the waiter and host were rude, and this was the first time in my life I have ever had to talk to the manager and the manager yelled in my face telling me he has been in buisness for 30 yrs and I can't expect perfection. All this because I went in with a group of younger people that they didn't think deserved their attention. If you look rich this place might be alright... but there are far better places downtown you should go to one of them instead.
