This place used to be a great facility when it was managed by Adrian who managed the place. The place is dilapidated in many respects even though it recently underwent a remodel in the office. I was willing to overlook that and even pay the higher tan average prices because when Adrian managed the place she did a great job with customer service. It has a real friendly feel to it. One day Adrian up and quit. The pro gal ran the whole place by herself and she must have just had enough. Charlie the owner took over management and since then the place has gone to hell. Charlie's customer service skills are terrible at best. She's rude, abrasive, and inconsiderate. She does not treat her customers well either. As soon as she took over she raised everyone's rent to ridiculous prices. This is now officially the most expensive storage/rv parking facility in town and they have the most inadequate premises of all the facilities. I took my vehicles and storage elsewhere and from the looks of it many people are doing the same because the place is emptying out. Charlie had a great business running when she had other manage it for her. My prediction is that this place will close down within the next 5 years. Stay away from this business if you don't want to pay sky high rates for low grade facility and be hit with extra fees and sneaky charges. There's a place down the street that is brand new and beautiful and their rates are more than 25% less than Sunset Mini and RV.

storage at its finest!. great friendly people,everything you could want in a storage place.u-haul,rv parking,great rates,ect. i would recomend this place to all!

Good rates, convenient location.... I've been using them for years, no problems. If you have lot's of stuff to move in and out, they rent U-Hauls too.

Awsome place to store your Stuff. Everyone at Sunset is so nice. They understand if things get rough. Great people to work with. Defiantly the cleanest storage units I've ever used

Best place to store your stuff!. This is the best storage place I have ever been to! The gals in the office are always extremely helpful and friendly! The prices are great and the location is stellar! I love that they are family owned and operated. They really care about there tenants and it shows! Keep up the great work!

Very Friendly and very supportive!!. I have been mobilized and deployed since July 2007. I moved everything I own into a storage unit at Sunset Mini Storage. Becca and I have been in frequent communication for the three years I have been deployed and offered to accept packages I send home and put them into my storage unit for me while I am deployed. This is above and beyond the call of duty for a storage unit provider! I fully trust her and her employees with everything I own and the facility is exactely what I needed when I had to move out of my townhouse for deployment.

great location and service. The location is so easy to get to and is near everything. you don't have to travel too far if you need to pick up your stuff. The customer service is great. the staff is friendly and helpful. This place has a great value for the storage space as compared to my last storage rental. A+!

Safe and secure. I have been parking my RV at location for 6 years. The staff is friendly and call me by name. When my RV had a flat time they called me to let me know, this saved me time and money. Didn't have to get it fixed when I was ready to travel. I will continue to use Sunset they are close to home and to the freeway.
