Lacking the Customer Service Dept.

This company does not know how to deal tactfully with its customers. Customer Service is pretty much non-existent after the purchase. Buyer Beware.

Sells bad machines with worse service

We bought a Konica from them, and this machine barely stays functional. We have had over 100 service calls, sometimes multiple a day. We are a printing company, so we need a high level of up time, and we were sold a machine that won't do what it was advertised as doing. POA refuses to replace the machine, only replace parts (probably OEM equivalent i.e inferior parts from China). Stay FAR FAR away from this company, and buy direct (our other machine we have we bought direct and it is night and day difference!)

Been happy for over 22 years

I have been a local business owner in Portland for over 25 years. I've had the same rep for about 11 of them. Pacific Office Automation has been a great company to partner with throughout my business career. It bothers me that people below have the time and energy to mis-represent a company that has proven itself and has almost half of the market share in Portland (so I've read). The privately held company has been good to me and I have recommended them to numerous clients that have been happy with their service and quality of salesmanship. Finding an office solution company to do business with can be a difficult task, but Pacific Office Automation has made it very easy and I couldn't imagine doing business with some public companies like IKON, ABS, CTX, or any of the other companies in town. POA is growing and I am happy to do business with such a company.
