Great food...well meaning staff. I've been to this particular location a number of times. The food is repeatedly great, but the service is hit or miss. I once stood at the door for upwards of 10 minutes before being seated with plenty of empty tables in view. This wouldn't have been such an issue if it hadn't been the middle of winter, but brrrr...it was cold. The staff, however, has never been anything except nice; answering questions and making recommendations.

Perhaps take out here is the way to go?!

No service >=/. We went here for our wedding annaversary tonight. We were greated and seated right away, however 15 minutes pass and we STILL hadn't so much as been asked for our drink order, or offered water at minimum!! Horrible service!!! Didn't stick around long enough to find out how the food was!!!! Went to our classic fave where we can ALWAYS rely on good food, service and BEER---Old Chicagos baby!!

Yummy!. This is a great place! The Pad Thai is THE BEST! Also th Pad Kee Mao is to die for. Try the Thai iced tea, and you'll be happy you did, strong and creamy. The service was so-so, but the food and decor made everything GREAT. :)

Fabulous foods and service. Great test of foods. Especially a duck curry, bbq chickeh, and phad thai. Food came out quick. Fabulous service from our server.

Great food. Their Pad Thai is the best I have ever tested. The decor is beautiful and the server is quite friendly.

Worst Service...Avoid for lunch and dinner.. The food is not authentic, bad service. They bring you the check along with your food and never show up to your table. Horrible lousy chicks , I guess many are under paid.

Don't screw up your evenings..

Good food, not good service. My husband and I went here for dinner about 1 1/2 hours before closing and getting a server was no easy task. There were about 4 employees out front working on closing duties, but when we needed water no one was around. Another restaurant that makes me happy for take-out packaging, as this is how we will be dining at Thai Orchid Tanasbourne from now on.

Somewhat Americanized Thai Food. I like the food here but service somewhat sucks sometimes... Not really authentic Thai Food though. They changed it a little bit.... When you order your food "extra spicy"at Thai Orchid, it's not spicy enough. "When you order "real" Thai food "extra spicy" it's really spicy! But overall, this place is pretty good.
