Yummy and unique flavors. I have loved Chen's since I was a kid and they were located along Beaverton Hilsdale HWY. My family still makes the trek out to their current location because you can't find their dishes any where else. Specifically their Chang Sha Chicken (spelled phonetically, I think) which I believe is a dish of their own invention. It is a bit spicy but delicious! They also make their own sauces daily (I think) and you can really taste the difference.

Worst service. They have the worst service! The waitress looks very mad and impolite!

Decent takeout in Bethany.. The food is okay if you live in the area. It's nothing compared to Chinese food in Chinatown or SE Portland. It's fairly consistent. I must say the previous review sounds like it's rated by another Chinese food establishment or someone who flunked out of the 6th grade. Horrible grammar. FYI...grammar check.

food ok, but bad service. My friend went to Chen's for dinner a few times, they said their food was good there. But I had been there just once. But I don't want to go back again. I was with my daughter because she felt hungry after swimming. We sat down in a nice booth. The waitress came over to take my order. My daughter can't eat too much food. And I tried to order the drink for her. But the waitress, when she heard me order the drinks, she seemed like not patience. I wanted to give them more business,but this waitress didn't service well. She ran around just pass me the food. I didn't tip her that day. When i left, i talked to cashier, she didn't pay attendtion to my small party. I won't tip her. I worried why my friends like Chen's very much. They like it. But i don't like it at all.

Ok food, NO RICE, WTF. My husband and I ordered carry out this evening. I honestly don't know who in their right mind would deliver chinese food without rice. And, absolutely no apologies! So, we're waiting here while our food is getting cold, hoping that someone brings rice. It's like spaghetti and meatballs without the spaghetti. These people really are morons. Please, call Happy Panda instead. They actually know what they're doing

excellent food. Best potstickers!. My family and I dined tonight at Chen's. It was our first time and we will most definitely be back. We chose Chen's after reading reviews on citysearch. We walked in and were seated immediately. We strated with perhaps THE BEST potstickers we have ever had. We have been looking for good chinese food for many years. Chen's proved that we have found really good chinese food. Portions are generous. The service may not be fawning but our glasses were refilled when needed. Dishes arrived promptly. Three of us dined with beverages, two appetizers and four entrees for $53. If you are searching for good chinese food you really must try Chen's. You won't be disappointed.

A secret off the beaten path!. Chen's Dynasty has quickly become a favorite of ours. It ends up that I live more than 10 miles away but make a special effort to go to Chen's up in Bethany. The service is just great, pleasant, happy, helpful, informative and simply leave you feeling good.

There has not been a dish/appetizer/soup we have ordered that has not been great, though we don't eat seafood generally. At Chens you're going to find fresh, crisp, bright vegetables. In fact, a couple dishes come with fresh water chestnut in them instead out of a can which seems to be suprisingly rare.

They told me that Chens has been around for quite some time in the PDX area. I have only been here 6 years, and I think they have been in their current location around that same time. So, you may have seen these guys before and lost them, but they are definitely worth searching out again! Well, well worth the 5 minute trip north off 26.

THE BEST POTSTICKERS EVER. ok so plainly they have THE best of potstickers ever. the rest of the food there is ok to good but if you go there go for the atmosphere and the potstickers

Good location, nice setting, good food!. We chose Chen's Dynasty for a family celebration and found the food to be very tasty, the service more than adequate and the price affordable. Definitely will go again.

Chen's Dynasty. I would have to say that Chen's is not the best Chinese food that I have ever had, but also not the worst. The problem is the terrible service that you get while dining. The employees turn a lovely meal out into a bad one. They are grumpy and extremely rude, which is why my family does not go there anymore. The food is expensive, and unlike other Chinese restaurants that I have been to, you do not get as much.
