1. Order was taken after 20 minutes of waiting in a dead restaurant.

2. Ordered one drink before the meal--they got the order wrong.

3. Asked for water 3 times--never brought it.

4. Asked for napkins twice--never got it.

5. Asked for a chips/salsa refill--never got it.

Finally got up to yell at the manager, who was joking with his co-workers by the front door. Upon complaining, he was more concerned with my tone of voice than fixing our experience.

I love this place. Every time I've been to this restaurant I've been extremely wowed but the excellent customer service (best I've seen in this area at least), and how fast we get our food. The prices are very decent and I recommend this place to anyone

Trust the experts!. My friends Sheila and Chris recommended the restaurant, but I told them I was afraid to try it considering that when my Wife and I went to the city of Mazatlan in Mexico we both had extreme diaherria for two weeks. Well, my friend Sheila and her husband Chris really loved this place! And trust me, they know restaurants! Both have been in the biz, with Sheila working at Beaches and as a highly rated barista at Starbucks and Chris was a waiter at Newport Bay. They both have commented on how awesome the service is and how the staff makes you feel like family. Get this...When you get Chips while waiting for your food, you also get Salsa AND beans! No extra cost! $4 Margaritas are also a great bonus! At that rate (and with a dollar tip per glass) my usual rounds only cost me $90! That is way better than my usual bar tab! I went to the one located in LO and the food was good as well (what I can remember at least, I was half-way through my drinks for the night). So I highly recommend the Mazatlan restaurants, but don't just take it from me, listen to the experts, Sheila and Chris!

I love it!!!. We have been here 3 times and have loved it everytime. The food is absolutely delicious and the service has been wonderful each time we've been in. I normally get the shredded beef chimichanga, I want to branch out and try something new but it is just to good to pass up. One more bonus to this very cute place is the Margaritas--only $4 and very delicious.
