Plenty of parking & nice people

The apartment grounds are well-kept, plenty of nice neighbors, and a lot of parking. The managers are nice, although maintanence issues can go unaddressed for longer than preferred. An assisted living program for the developmentally disabled rents a few of the apartments, but all of the people are super nice and are quiet, respectful neighbors.
