Horrible.... I went here because I wanted a nice relaxing day. the place is a joke. It is falling apart. The tech had 2 kids which they were running around screaming and the techs were making the older one fill the tubs... shes like 6.then the little girl was running around stamping the walls with ink and all over her head then started on the chairs. The tech did a horrible job i could have done better myself. they usually rub your feet and legs and arms but she didnt even do that, i still have dead skin on my feet. It is dirty inside. then when i went to pay after i was going to just walk out after the pedicure i didnt want the manicure but i didnt want to be rude. but anyways when i went to pay the debit machine barely worked i can barely read my receipt. they will not be in business very much longer. i will definatley go something else. learned my lesson.

I would suggest going elsewhere.... I have been getting my nails done here for years because they were the closest place to me. However the inside is falling apart, and they are always in a rush. The think that bothered me the last time is I paid cash and she put is straight into her purse. Hmm...I found a brand new place Madamioselle Nails on Cornell and Bethany that is AMAZING! I won't be returning there anymore.

does not live up to the expectation!!!. from the outside, Kim's nail looks different from other nail salon, much cleaner and bigger place. However, the customer service is bad, the technicians always in rush and their skills are not what I expected. I would recommend the new Vive nail spa which used to be at nail salon located in the safeway / trader's joe center. They just remodeled the place which is awesome with the new pedicures chairs ( i love the massage chair!!!) the technicians are much friendlier and the atmosphere is relaxing. They told me to come back for more update since they are still in the remodeling process. I am definitely coming back and bringing my friends!!

crappy half-assed job and rude on top of it. I couldn't believe the crappy job they did on my nails. I could have saved the money and done my nails myself. And the woman was rude on top of it. She acted like she was in a huge hurry and seemed annoyed when I asked her to go over my cuticles again because she did such a crappy job the first time.
