PUT THESE LOSERS OUT OF BUSINESS. Went here and they had a long line ahead of me. The guy that took my information down while I was waiting was the biggest jerk I have met. He got really rude with me when I asked what the expected wait time was. He put the flyer under my windshield wiper and then stalked off. After they took a customer into the bay who drove up AFTER ME I decided to go elsewhere for my oil change. When I drove away the flyer came off my window and landed in the parking lot. I was immediately called by the red haired worker who then left a NASTY voicemail telling me I was a piece of SH*T and to never return to the store again. I contacted the owners who told me they didnt care. I have boycotted this company ever since and also the Chevron on walker they are next to. I do about 6 oil changes per year on my car and 4 on my wifes. That is over $200 a year they will never get from my family again. And the Chevron next to them lost abotu $6,000 a year in fill up revenue from me as well. To top it off the previous oil change I did with them 2 months prior they stripped the oil pan bolt and screwed up the threading on my oil pan so I had to have it redrilled. DO NOT SHOP HERE OR ANY OF THEIR OTHER LOCATIONS THEY ARE RUDE AND DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. View Less …

Oil change places are NOT all the same. Classic Lube Express goes above and beyond any customer service that I have ever seen. They changed
my oil and checked all my fluids, i expected that. But, they also cleaned the inside of my car and provided a FREE air freshener. They even got my door for me when I left, that was a nice touch.
Best of all, they showed me in detail the things about my car that I honestly did not know about. They did not pressure me at all and the gentleman was very friendly and nice to talk to.
I recommend this shop to everyone.

These guys SUCK. They put in their computer that I am a "cheap ass" becasue I'm not suckered in to their corrupt up-selling. Argued that
my 4.7 Jeep only takes 5qts, but it takes 6... WTF!
Said coolant needed to be done at 50,000 miles when it is 100,000 formula.
Said my trans needed to be done at 50,000 when it has 100,000 mile Mopar ATF.
You should turn this place into a taco stand!

This place USED to be great... be careful now..
I used to bring my Accords in here for years. I loved Classic Lube Express. They were nice, efficient, and when they recommended service,
they were always polite and not pushy.
Unfortunately, whether it be the economy or otherwise, things have changed here. Two visits ago, I noticed a decrease in the level of courtesy the employees extended here. I also noticed an increase in how pushy they were when it came to upselling services, some of them clearly not needed (to a person who knows a moderate amount about cars).
During my last visit, I was pretty much disgusted by how the employees treated me. While the hood was up, the expected worker with the list of upsells came into the waiting room to talk to me. After politely declining the engine flush (and other services), I was treated to a stifled laugh and a shake of the head - as if he was saying "What an idiot."
When I went to get in the vehicle, they had moved the seat all the way up to the steering wheel, and cranked every dial, A/C lever, and radio control to MAX... as if to say "screw you." Im sure they got a kick out of it, but they also lost a long time customer.
I made it a point to drive here from North Portland whenever I needed an oil change, but that last visit - complete with their crappy attitude - has changed my mind. Never again.
Its actually kind of sad to see what once was a fantastically run business with polite workers turn into what it has now. If they need money so badly, why not just up the oil change price $5 and spare everyone the pushy upsells. I wasnt going to write anything initally, but when I read some of these reviews, coupled with hearing that my buddy went through the same type of negative experience, I thought people should be warned what they may be getting into.
