Every single time I've been to the Peppermill, the food has been spectacular! I've tried many different things on the menu and haven't been dissapointed yet. The service is fast and friendly in the main restaurant... the bar is slower since there is usually only one person working during the daytime in there. The decor is outdated and it reminds me of a diner more than a fun of the mill restaurant, but I can easily forgo the decor for great service and the even better food.

This place provides large portions. The prices tend towards the cheaper side. The food is simple fare but not quite as bland as some places I've been. The place is very clean. It seems to be popular with the older crowd. The servers have been a little surly on at least one occasion, but I was with a large party that had several children who had gotten out of hand.

I loved everything but one female employee who I found out later was a manager. I could smell booze on her breath while she was putting up lights for the holidays when I talked to her about an issue. I have been in there several times with my husband and I did not like the way this woman treated the other employees. Now, I don't know who to inform about this problem because I can't seem to get a hold of anyone. My husband and I really like this place but there seems to be an attitude problem with this woman that is very negative.
